I just placed an order. How long will shipping take?
It depends on where you are. If you are in the US we ship standard USPS with delivery confirmation. This usually takes 2-7 days. If an item is out of stock we will email you and let you know the status. Please be patient. It should usually take an extra week or two to restock the item. Please remember each item is made to order.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes we do. When you are in the checkout process of your order it should automatically calculate how much shipping should be if you are outside the U.S.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot exchange or return items. Each item is made to order. We do check for defects in the jewelry so this should never be an issue. If you feel that something was overlooked or is defective please email and let us know. All sales are final.

Cancelling an order.
We are not a mass manufacturer, so every piece is made to order. We therefore ask that if you need to cancel, you do it within 24 hours of placing the order. We ship in a very quick and timely manner so please do not wait more than 24 hours otherwise the item may have already processed and gone to shipping.
